Counselling and Psychotherapy
One-to-one sessions in a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space — time set aside just for you.
Individual psychotherapy offers one-to-one sessions in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space — time set aside just for you. Sessions are usually held once or twice a week, and may last from a few weeks to several months or even years, depending on your needs.
Short-term therapy (around 6–12 sessions) can help address immediate concerns and provide support with specific challenges. Long-term therapy (over months or years) allows for deeper exploration of longstanding or complex issues, while fostering greater self-awareness and lasting change.
Together, we will agree on the pace and frequency of sessions to suit your circumstances. The therapeutic relationship itself is part of the work: a place to be met, not managed.
