Yoga Therapy
Yoga as a therapeutic practice — breath, attention, and the body as a way of knowing.
Yoga therapy is not a class. It is a tailored practice that uses breath, movement, and attention to support what you are already meeting in psychotherapy — or as a standalone path when the body is asking to be included.
Sessions are paced to your capacity. We work with what is present: restlessness, fatigue, holding, or a wish to feel more at home in yourself.
